I’m so excited to share my exciting news about the birth of our baby girl and talk to you about self-care.
The words ‘self-care’ may conjure images of a pampering facial, eating exotic acai-bowls on the beach or sleeping until 1pm on a Wednesday.
While those things sound compelling (are you with me?) and would absolutely be rejuvenating I’m talking about a whole different level of self-care.
Between holding our youngest bundle of joy, changing diapers again and nursing it’s been pretty much impossible for me to sit down to write a newsletter (which is why you haven’t heard from me in a while!).
So, I’ve decided to experiment with some short videos instead. Here’s a super quick video I recorded for you yesterday with a vulnerable share and a sneak peek into what’s coming up!
